Yes, you can use Siber VPN for free, with no registration. If you want more, Premium adds more regions to choose from and more stable lines.
What does Premium cost?
159 ₽ for 7 days, 299 ₽ for 1 month or 2199 ₽ for 1 year. Each is a one-time payment and nothing renews automatically. Right now you can pay in cryptocurrency, in our Telegram bot @siber_vpn_bot or on the payment page that you reach from the bot; payment by card and СБП is temporarily unavailable.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Premium comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if it is not right for you, you can get the full amount of one purchase back within 7 days of paying for it, no reason needed. Each person can get only one refund, for one purchase, whatever the reason for it. If you bought it through our Telegram bot or on the payment page, ask for the refund in the bot; if you bought it in the app, write to support@siber-vpn.cc. If you paid in cryptocurrency, the refund goes to the wallet address you give in the bot; our staff handle it, so it does not arrive instantly, and the Premium from that purchase ends as soon as you send the address.
What do you record?
We do not record which sites you visit. If you use the free app without an account, what leaves your device is listed in the privacy policy — for example anonymous connection counters, pseudonymous product analytics that you can switch off, and the advertising ID that ad networks receive; none of them record what you browse. If you create an account, buy Premium or use our Telegram bot, we also keep what is needed for that and, for the bot and the subscription pages, a record of how they are used under a pseudonym, as the privacy policy describes.
How do I stay protected if the connection drops?
Use Android’s built-in control: Settings → Network & internet → VPN → Siber VPN → turn on “Always-on VPN” and “Block connections without VPN”. The system then blocks traffic whenever the tunnel is down.
Do I need to create an account?
No. To use the free app you do not need to register or sign in: open the app and press connect. An account is optional: with one, Premium bought in the app stays with you when you change or reset your phone.
Which platforms are supported?
The Siber VPN app is for Android, through Google Play. On iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows you can connect with an app such as Happ, using the subscription from our Telegram bot @siber_vpn_bot.
