Siber VPN is provided free of charge. There are no paid tiers, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

No account, registration, email, or phone number is required to use the app. You are responsible for the device you install it on.

Use the app lawfully. Do not use it to break the law, harm others, attack or overload networks and systems, or infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for what you do while connected.

This is a best-effort service offered as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or fast at any given time, and we may change or stop the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Because the service is free, no fees have been paid for it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Siber VPN. If you are under 18, you may use Siber VPN only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
