Terms of Service

The Siber VPN app can be used free of charge. Premium bought in the app, when that is offered there (section 4), adds faster, more stable servers, removes ads from the app, and adds more regions to choose from. Our Telegram bot also gives you a subscription that apps such as Happ use to connect on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows; Premium bought through the bot works on that subscription and does not remove ads in the Siber VPN app. In the app, one Premium can be used on up to 4 devices at the same time; with Premium, the subscription from the bot can be used on up to 4 devices. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

No account is needed to use the app or to buy Premium. If you buy Premium in the app without an account, the purchase is linked to that phone; an account with an email address and a password lets Premium be used on any device where you sign in. Keep your password safe; you can delete the account at any time in the app or as described on www.siber-vpn.cc/delete-account. Buying Premium through our Telegram bot or on the payment page of this website does not require an email account: the order is linked to your Telegram account. You are responsible for the device you install the app on.

The description of Premium and its prices, published on the Pricing page and the subscription payment page of this website, in the app and in our Telegram bot, together with these terms, constitute a public offer. You accept it by paying for a Premium plan, and from that moment the agreement for the paid service is concluded between you and us.

You can buy Premium by paying in cryptocurrency, through our Telegram bot or on the payment page of this website that you reach from the bot. Payment by card or СБП, in the app or on that page, can be used only when it is offered there. Plans are available for 7 days, 1 month or 1 year at the prices shown on the Pricing page, in Russian rubles.

A cryptocurrency payment is made on a page provided by a third-party cryptocurrency payment service. The price is set in Russian rubles and converted into the currency you choose at the exchange rate shown on the payment page. You pay the network fee for your transfer. If less than the amount due arrives, you may need to transfer the difference while the payment is still open; Premium is activated once the payment is confirmed (section 5).

Each plan is a single one-time payment for the period you choose. There are no recurring payments and no automatic renewal: we never charge you again unless you make a new purchase. Card and СБП payments are processed by our payment provider and your bank; we do not receive your card details.

Premium is activated once the payment is confirmed — in the app or, for a purchase through the Telegram bot or on the payment page of this website, on your subscription — and lasts for the period you paid for, plus any bonus days (section 7). When the period ends, the app returns to the free version and the subscription from the bot stops working; you can buy Premium again at any time.

If Premium has not been activated after a successful payment, write to support@siber-vpn.cc or to support in the bot, and we will put it right.

If Premium is not right for you, you can get the full amount of one purchase back within 7 days of paying for it, with no reason needed. Each person can get only one refund, for one purchase, whatever the reason for it, including a refund because you could not connect (see below). The same Telegram account or the same Siber VPN account counts as one person. Money returned for a payment that never activated Premium does not count as that refund.

If you bought Premium through the Telegram bot or on the payment page of this website, ask for the refund in the bot; the refund in the bot is for your most recent purchase made through the bot or on this website. If you bought it in the app, write to support@siber-vpn.cc within 7 days of payment; to help us find your payment quickly, please mention the date of purchase and, if you have it, the order number.

If our service data confirm that you really could not connect with Premium, we may, after checking, refund your payment even after the 7 days. Such a refund also counts as your one refund, so it is not available if you have already had one.

Money paid by card or СБП is returned to the payment method you used; how quickly it appears depends on your bank. When such a purchase is refunded, the Premium it gave ends immediately.

A cryptocurrency payment is refunded in the amount of cryptocurrency you paid, in the same currency and on the same network, to the wallet address you give in the bot. Our staff make these refunds by hand, so the money does not arrive instantly. The Premium that purchase gave ends as soon as you send the address.

Check the address before you send it. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed: if you give a wrong address, or an address that cannot receive that currency on that network, the money may be lost, we cannot get it back, and the refund still counts as your one refund.

When our invite-a-friend programme is running, you can get a personal invitation link in our Telegram bot. If someone opens the bot through your link and their first payment for Premium counts (see below), you get 3 days of Premium and they get 1 day of Premium. We call these bonus days. You do not need to have Premium yourself: if you have none when a bonus is given, the days start at that moment; if you have it, they are added to the end of it. Bonus days work like Premium bought through the bot (section 1).

Only the person’s very first real payment for Premium counts, once it is confirmed, and it must be for a plan of at least 7 days. Free trials and other free Premium days, including bonus days, are not payments. If that first payment does not meet these conditions or is refunded, later payments by that person bring no bonus. No bonus is given for a first payment made while the programme is not running. A person can be invited only once: the first valid link they open while the programme is running counts, and this cannot be changed afterwards. Someone who had already paid for Premium before opening the link does not count, and someone who was invited or paid earlier and then deleted their data may not count either.

For inviting people, the person who invites can receive at most 30 bonus days in a calendar month, Moscow time; days that were taken back do not count towards this limit, and neither does the 1 day for being invited. If fewer than 3 days of the limit remain, the person who invites gets nothing for that invitation, then or later; the invited person still gets their 1 day.

You cannot invite yourself. Neither side gets a bonus if the link is opened from the same Telegram account, or if, when the bonus is due, our records show that the two accounts have used the same device.

If the payment that earned the bonuses is refunded, we take back both people’s bonus days, even if the programme has ended by then. Each person’s Premium period is shortened by up to those days and may end immediately.

Bonus days are not a purchase: they cannot be refunded or exchanged for money, and they do not use up your one refund (section 6).

We may change or stop this programme at any time, including the number of days and the limits. Bonus days already given stay in place after that, unless they are taken back as described above.

Use Siber VPN lawfully. Do not use it to break the law, harm others, attack or overload networks and systems, or infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for what you do while connected.

This is a best-effort service offered as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or fast at any given time, and we may change or stop the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siber VPN, including the app and the subscription from the bot, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Siber VPN. For Premium, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current Premium period.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Siber VPN. If you are under 18, you may use Siber VPN, and buy Premium, only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Changes do not affect the price of a Premium period you have already paid for.
