Delete your Siber VPN account

An account in the Siber VPN app is optional: it keeps Premium when you change phones. You can delete it at any time; you do not need an account to keep using the free version.
Delete it in the app
Open Siber VPN, go to Settings, then Account, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted right away.
Or ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, write to support@siber-vpn.cc from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete the account and reply to confirm.
If you bought Premium without an account, send us the order number instead, and we will delete the data linked to that order’s anonymous identifier from our servers.
What is deleted and what is kept
The account’s email address and sign-in are deleted, and your Premium orders are unlinked from the account, so any remaining Premium period cannot be restored afterwards. Order records that accounting or tax law requires us to keep, such as the plan, amount, date and payment status, are kept for the period the law requires and are then deleted.
